Family Court Accountability Coalition

The Family Court Accountability Coalition engages in Judicial, Legislative and Executive Branch advocacy on behalf of socioeconomically disadvantaged family court stakeholders. According to the Judicial Council of California, 75 percent of family court litigants are self-represented because they cannot afford an attorney. Yet many courts cater to attorneys and the parties they are paid to represent, while denying the indigent meaningful and effective access to family court services.

California is leading the way, to challenge collusion and illegal practices of courts, media reported in Orange County (L.A. and San Diego) and Sacramento, not suppressed, as in other states. California Gov. Jerry Brown and state legislature are not trying to cover up. Democracy is on the ropes, nationwide, from Florida to Main, from New York to Washington State, Pennsylvania and Illinois are home to crime syndicate families, how long, America, before these wounds are healed? Youth are losing out in all the courts, separated from protective parents without cause, jailed as young adults, no place to go but homeless, jobless, wandering the streets. How did democracy go so terribly wrong? How did we become slaves of international banker thieves, fighting endless wars that they arranged, while they created debt on money they didn't earn, became owners of natural resources of third world nations, in payment of unfairly transacted loans?
