Sacramento County Superior Court Judge Matthew J. Gary has, again, escaped accountability for serial misconduct against self-represented litigants who can't afford to hire an attorney. Last week, 3rd District Court of Appeal Justice Coleman Blease dismissed an appeal documenting criminal conduct by Gary. Gary is one of the most incompetent and corrupt judges in California.
The order issued by Blease is embedded at the bottom of this post. Additional documents from the case are curated at the Justice Cole Blease Controversy Scribd collection.
The Family Court Accountability Coalition engages in Judicial, Legislative and Executive Branch advocacy on behalf of socioeconomically disadvantaged family court stakeholders. According to the Judicial Council of California, 75 percent of family court litigants are self-represented because they cannot afford an attorney. Yet many courts cater to attorneys and the parties they are paid to represent, while denying the indigent meaningful and effective access to family court services.

Sacramento Superior Court Judge Matthew Gary Slated to Give Anti-Gay Talk at Local Evangelical Church
Sunday Satire by RoadDog
In response to the US Supreme Court ruling issued earlier this year legalizing same-sex marriage, controversial Sacramento Superior Court Judge Matthew Gary will give a talk next Sunday on the effects of homosexuality on children.
"How the homos harm kids" is the title of a speech Gary will give at the Right-Wing Ideologue Evangelical Church in Fair Oaks, according to a press release from Gary's publicist and court clerk Christina Arcuri.

"How the homos harm kids" is the title of a speech Gary will give at the Right-Wing Ideologue Evangelical Church in Fair Oaks, according to a press release from Gary's publicist and court clerk Christina Arcuri.
"The Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges is an outrage, and an outrage that will have far-ranging consequences," Gary is expected to rant.
"The legalization of same-sex marriage will cause irreparable harm to countless children throughout the United States. As a family court judge, I am an unimpeachable authority on this subject," Gary will rightly point out. "These gay homos are criminalizing Christianity and the beliefs of Evangelicals and someone must make a stand."
